Welcome to FAHA Palms (Palms), an intentional community in beautiful Sonoma, California. As an active 55+ community, we are unique in that we are a Limited Equity Housing Cooperative.

What does this mean? All residents are shareholder members who participate in the work and responsibilities required to manage and maintain our 40 year old building and grounds. Palms includes sixteen units on two floors with an elevator as well as stairs. Twelve units have two bedrooms, four have one.

Palms is situated on land leased from Finnish American Home Association (FAHA). You don't need to be Finnish to live at Palms, but we appreciate Finnish culture, the delightful activities that FAHA offers, and the rich history of this community.

Palms residents have access to the lovely wooded surroundings of FAHA, including use of the gorgeous swimming pool and excellent wood saunas.
